What we do
Our service assesses and manages those with cardiac sounding chest pain. This may include education, referral for diagnostic tests or specialist procedures and medication management for risk reduction and prevention.
We also accept referrals for direct access diagnostic tests including 24 hour blood pressure monitoring; echocardiogram; 7day or 24hr electrocardiogram (ECG) or resting ECG service. These results are sent directly back to the GP.
Who can access the service
We see individuals with cardiac sounding symptoms such as chest pain, rhythm changes or structural heart problems.
How to access the service
Referrals are accepted from GPs. Self-referrals are not accepted.
