What we do
Our service assesses and manages those with cardiac sounding chest pain. This may include education, referral for diagnostic tests or specialist procedures and medication management for risk reduction and prevention.
Who can access the service
Referral are accepted for individuals with cardiac sounding chest pain.
How to access the service
Referrals are accepted from GPs. Self-referral are not accepted.
