You can also ask for personal information we hold on you. We will respond to your request within 20 working day, unless there are good reasons to keep it confidential.
Everyone can make a request for information – there are no restrictions on your age, nationality, or where you live.
Our publication scheme and disclosure log contain information that has already been published and is available to download.

Accessing Personal information
If your request relates to personal information about yourself this will be dealt with as a Subject Access Request (SAR).

The information we make available will not generally include:
- Disclosure of Information which is prevented by law, or exempt under the Freedom of Information Act, or is otherwise properly considered to be protected from disclosure
- Information that is in draft form
- Information that is no longer readily available as it is contained in files that have been placed in archive storage, or is difficult to access for similar reasons.
