The Board is made up of the Chairman, Chief Executive, Executive Directors, Medical Director and Non-Executive Directors. The Chief Executive and Executive Directors are full time members of staff who bring skills and expertise from their positions in key areas of the Trust.
The Chairman and Non-Executive Directors work part-time. They each bring insight and experience from a range of professional backgrounds. They are not involved in the day-to-day running of the organisation but offer an independent view which both constructively challenges and contributes to the performance and management of the Trust.
