Board Meetings

Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (WUTH) and Wirral Community Health & Care NHS Foundation Trust (WCHC) are coming together to improve healthcare services for people in our communities.

As part of this programme of integration and for the foreseeable future WUTH and WCHC will hold their respective Public Board meetings together, therefore meetings will constitute both statutory Boards of WUTH and WCHC and the matters will be considered separately by both Boards and any decisions recorded as such.

Public Board meetings are held from 9am-12pm unless otherwise stated and the schedule of meetings is set out below. Meeting papers are published 5 days prior to a meeting and will include papers from both WUTH and WCHC. These are available at the bottom of this page.

Public Board meetings will be accessible via MS Teams for members of the public to observe. If you would like to request to observe a meeting, please email [email protected]. Your request must be received before 12 noon on the Monday prior to the meeting.

Members of the public are able to submit questions to the Board via email. Questions should be sent to [email protected] at least three working days prior to the Board meeting. Questions from members of the public will be responded to at the end of the meeting.
