Following a referral into the Bladder and Bowel service, the team will complete a baseline assessment to consider the most suitable product for the service user.
90% of patients who have used washable underwear have said they are absorbent enough and 82% have said that confidence improved since wearing them.

Home Delivery Service for Continence pads
You might need to use continence pads or products to help manage your problem. The service works in partnership with a third party containment product supplier, NHS Supply Chain to provide a home delivery service from Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays) for the products you need. This could be for one-off orders or for repeat orders.

Please have your pin number ready to activate your order. If you do not know your pin number don’t worry – you will be directed to a customer service advisor.
