Who can access the service and how to access

Anyone aged 18+ with a BMI of 39.9 and over. 

We can accommodate those who meet this criteria, who may also have learning difficulties/disabilities, physical or mental health conditions, and those who are pregnant.

If you wish to pursue bariatric surgery and have a BMI 39.9 and over, surgery may be pursued upon completion of the weight management intervention providing NICE guidance criteria has been met.
