The online mental wellbeing hub is for children and young people in Wirral, from 0 all the way to 18 (and up to 25 with additional needs). It can help you find and access the services you need. No matter how big or small your worries feel Branch is packed with tips to help you feel better and, when you need a bit of extra support, gives simple routes into local services.
ChatHealth – confidential text messaging service
The School Nurse Team aims to reply to you within one working day and you should get an immediate bounce-back to confirm we’ve received your text. Texts will not be seen outside of normal working hours (Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 5.00pm).

Kooth
A free, safe, and anonymous online mental health support service for young people, primarily those aged 10-25. It’s a UK-based platform that provides digital counseling, emotional well-being support, and self-help resources. Kooth’s services are designed to be accessible 24 / 7 and are often delivered through text-based chat sessions with qualified practitioners.
ourPlace
ourPlace (part of Sexual Health Wirral), is Wirral’s sexual health service for young people aged 19 and under.
The service is free, confidential and non-judgemental. Our friendly team provide advice, support and treatment in a discreet and young person friendly clinic area.
