Centralised booking service (CBS) inputs referrals for the following services:
- Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy (MSK)
- Podiatry (foot care)
- Pelvic Health Physiotherapy
- Rehabilitation at home
CBS accept referrals for the above services from GPs, internal referrals, consultants, community nurses and out of area hospitals.
We also provide additional administrative services for the following services:
- Wirral 0-19 Health Visiting
- Cheshire 0-19 Health Visiting
- Speech and Language (Children)
Referrals are not inputted on behalf of these services, however all initial appointments are booked by CBS via waiting lists.

Access to these services are via one single contact number Tel 0151 514 2222 – option 1
We provide staff who cover reception duties at Eastham Walk in Centre between 12.00 – 8.00pm
7 days per week

- North West Ambulance service calls from paramedics who are with patients and are required to speak to a GP
