From Monday 15 January 2024 NHS Supply Chain will deliver continence products on behalf of the Bladder and Bowel Service.
People in receipt of continence products should not experience any disruption.There will be no changes to delivery cycles, and individuals will continue to receive the same products to meet their daily requirements.
Letters have been sent out to those in receipt of continence products detailing the change of supplier including the self-service ordering system.
Transfer of information
As part of the transfer to a new supplier, personal data will be transferred to NHS Supply Chain. Personal data remains secure and confidential in line with the Trust’s privacy policy.
Access to personal information is strictly controlled and only given to those who need to know. Everyone working in the NHS has a legal duty to keep service user / patient information confidential.
