I have worked in IPC for a number of years and the role and job has changed significantly within that time. I thrive being a specialist within my field. I am continually learning and exploring ways to improve patient outcomes, whilst frequently analysing methods and processes for overall improvement of safe quality of care for the people of Wirral.
