SEND 0-19+ health practitioners (on behalf of health visitor/school nursing services Cheshire East) are there for parents of children and young people, to support, signpost and guide, with all SEND related issues. They can help you to understand why your child may be struggling and offer ideas that may help.
Think your child may have SEND and not sure where to go or what to do? Need support around toileting, sleep, behaviour or development? Feel free to book in for some advice. You will be seen on a 1-1 basis and there is no need to bring your child.
