Patient Safety Incident Response Policy and Plan

This policy and plan support the requirements of the NHS England Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF) and set out how Wirral Community Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust will approach the development and maintenance of effective safety systems and processes for responding to patient safety incidents, and related issues for the purpose of learning and improving patient safety.
