Cheshire East 0-19+ Health and Wellbeing Service – an introduction
Our 0-19+ Health and Wellbeing Service is structured around the national Healthy Child Programme and provides support for children, young people and their families living in Cheshire East. Support begins during pregnancy and continues until the child reaches the age of 19.
How to access the service
The 0-19 journey starts during pregnancy and your child will remain under the care of the service until the age of 19 or the age of 25 for young people with complex health needs

Our service accepts referrals for additional support if required.
